1. If the USER uses any of the communication channels or interacts in any way with Avenue Code, the following additional conditions will apply.
2. Avenue Code has its own communication channels on its website. If you contact us with general inquiries or requests for more information about initiatives or products, we may need to collect information about you, such as: (a) personal and contact information, such as full name, company, and email address; (b) country; (c) LinkedIn profile; (d) job title; and/or (e) the purpose and content of your messages to us.
2.1. If you share your data with us to apply for open positions at Avenue Code, it may be necessary to collect additional information beyond the aforementioned data, such as your resume. This data may be shared with other companies within the Grupo UOL for potential similar job opportunities, as well as with clients of Avenue Code and the Grupo UOL where consultants are allocated. These clients have agreed to the Grupo UOL’s privacy and confidentiality standards. Details regarding this data sharing will be provided to you during interviews and may be requested by contacting the DPO.
