PagSeguro - Chile
1. This Exhibit is an integral part of the Global Privacy Policy - Grupo UOL. If the USER uses the services, resources, technologies, or features provided by Grupo UOL for payment processing in Chile, the following supplementary conditions shall be applicable. The special provisions included herein will also apply to USERS who resides and uses services of Grupo UOL in Chile.
2. The terms defined herein are supplementary to the ones set in the Global Privacy Policy - Grupo UOL and PagSeguro’s Rules of Security and Privacy. Except if otherwise provided herein, capitalized terms shall have the same meaning that was attributed to them in the Global Privacy Policy - Grupo UOL and PagSeguro’s Rules of Security and Privacy.
3. If there is any conflict, this Exhibit shall prevail over the Global Privacy Policy - Grupo UOL and PagSeguro’s Rules of Security and Privacy in the territory of Chile.
(i) Handling Data
4. As for the use of services of PagSeguro and the website of PagSeguro in the territory of Chile, the entity in charge of the data handling (who establishes the purposes and the means of handling Personal Data) is:

(ii) Handling Personal Data
5. In connection with the data collected and processed according to Section 2.2. of the Global Privacy Policy - Grupo UOL, please note that we will not process your biometric data, and will process certain additional personal information like your RUT and RUN.
6. In the event the User provides to Group UOL third party data, the USER represents and warrants that the User has obtained the consent of the data subject or is legally authorized to provide such data to Grupo UOL and to allow Grupo UOL to process such data according to the Global Privacy Policy - Grupo UOL.
(iii) Purpose of handling and legality
7. The only legal grounds, as of today, to process your Personal Data in Chile are (i) the law; or (ii) you express consent.
8. The purposes of the processing described in the Global Privacy Policy - Grupo UOL, PagSeguro’s Rules of Security and Privacy and in this document will be the only purposes of the processing that will be deemed authorized by the USER. For the sake of clarity, when Global Privacy Policy- Grupo UOL refers to the “purposes of Grupo UOL’s activities” in Section 3.2 of such document is not including any additional purposes than the ones described in Section 3.1.
9. If you revoke your consent for the processing for marketing purposes (3.1 (vi) and (x) of the Global Privacy Policy - Grupo UOL), it will not affect the provision of the Services.
(iv) Children
10. PagSeguro service and PagSeguro websites in Chile are not made for children under 18.
(v) General Provision
11. The exercise of the rights mentioned in Section 4.3 Global Privacy Policy - Grupo UOL will be at no cost for the USER, and such rights will be submitted to the limits established by the applicable law and those included in the Global Privacy Policy - Grupo UOL to the extent permitted by the applicable law.
Such rights of the USER might be enforced by him/her using the support tools available in the websites, applications, and services provided by Grupo UOL, or sending a request to the email l-lgpd@uolinc.com.
12. USER’s Personal Data will also be deleted whenever its storage lacks a legal ground or the Data have expired.
