PagSeguro - Peru
1. This Exhibit is an integral part of the Global Privacy Policy - Grupo UOL. If the USER uses the services, resources, technologies, or features provided by Grupo UOL for payment processing in Peru, the following supplementary conditions shall be applicable.
2. The terms defined herein are supplementary to the ones set in the Global Privacy Policy - Grupo UOL and PagSeguro’s Rules of Security and Privacy. Except if otherwise provided herein, capitalized terms shall have the same meaning that was attributed to them in the Global Privacy Policy - Grupo UOL and PagSeguro’s Rules of Security and Privacy.
3. If there is any conflict, this Exhibit shall prevail over the Global Privacy Policy - Grupo UOL and PagSeguro’s Rules of Security and Privacy in the territory of Peru.

4. As for the use of services of PagSeguro and the website of PagSeguro in the territory of Peru, the entity in charge of the data handling (who establishes the purposes and the means of handling Personal Data) is:

5. USER’s Data will be stored at PagSeguro Tecnologia Ltda. database for the period necessary to comply with legal requirements.
(ii) Handling Personal Data
6. When the technologies mentioned on item 2. of PagSeguro’s Rules of Security and Privacy are not strictly necessary for the provision of our services, USER will be able to accept or decline them.
7. USERS must be aware that providing the information foreseen on item 2.2. (i), (iv), (vi), (vii), (viii), (ix), (x), (xii) and item 2.7. of Global Privacy Policy - Grupo UOL and foreseen below is mandatory to render our services. If this data is not provided, the services may not be rendered:
(i) Local ID - Documento Nacional de Identidad; and
(ii) record calls the USERS make to the call center, who works on our behalf, in a way to (a) prove that business transactions were made (as well as the performance of other communication concerning PagSeguro services), (b) for purposes of monitoring and quality assurance of customer support, and (c) for training purposes. Whenever a call is recorded, we ensure that all applicable legal requirements have been complied with.
(iii) Purpose of handling and legality
8. The USER can review the list of vendors, business partners (which includes, but is not limited to service providers and contractors) and other companies from the Grupo UOL (specifically PagSeguro Peru S.A.C.) that may process USER´s Data clicking HERE. Please remember that, in case of purchase of products and/or services from merchants, data collected from the USER may be transferred to the merchant that the USER made its purchase from.
