UOL Cloud/Host
1. If the USER uses virtual computing services and resources to create and use processing environment, data storage and provision of Internet access (“UOL Cloud”), the following additional conditions shall be applicable:
2. The Data may be stored in various servers at the same time, due to information security and redundancy. Those servers may be located in different regions or countries. The USER agrees that Grupo UOL may establish, at its sole discretion, where the Data will be stored. Upon USER’s request, Grupo UOL shall inform where their data are stored at the time of the request.
3. The CPF (Brazilian Individual Taxpayer Registry) numbers of USERS who create an account on UOL Cloud may be shared with the Brazilian Micro and Small Business Support Service - SEBRAE, so that SEBRAE can identify which USERS are its clients. The Data sent to SEBRAE is subject to its own Privacy Policy, available at https://minio-cpe.sebrae.com.br/documento/politica-privacidade.pdf.
3.1. The UOL Group may also share basic USER data with SEBRAE, such as CPF, relationship status with SEBRAE, records of solution usage (accesses and functionalities), and technical data for linking to the SEBRAE database in order to record partnership services, enable strategic actions and campaigns, comply with legal obligations, attend audits, allow targeted communication to USERS, and guarantee integrity, traceability, and compliance with the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) throughout the duration of the partnership.
